Courtesy of NetflixA crew member who worked on Motley Crue‘s Netflix biopic The Dirt is suing after suffering severe electrical burns while on the set of the film, the New Orleans Advocate reports.

According to the Advocate, rigging grip Louis DiVincenti was handling a metal pipe that made contact with a power line, leaving him with second and third-degree burns on more than half of his body.

He’s suing Netflix and the producers of the film, which include the members of Motely Crue, for failing to properly address potential electrical hazards on the set.

Much of The Dirt was filmed in New Orleans. The incident happened while filming a scene at the Munch Factory restaurant, which was transformed into the iconic Los Angeles club Whisky a Go-Go using green screens.

The Dirt, based on the Crue’s 2001 autobiography of the same name, premiered on Netflix last Friday.
