After launching in April, Aerosmith‘s “Deuces Are Wild” Las Vegas residency will begin a second installment on June 19, and to mark to occasion, the exhibit focusing on the band that’s located in the lower level of the Park Theater at Park MGM will be opened to all fans.
The display, dubbed the “Aerosmith Vault,” previously was only accessible to VIP ticket holders, but starting June 19 at 12 p.m. PT, tours will be offered to the general public, with tickets available for purchase at Aerosmith.com/VIP.
Among the many items featured in the exhibit are Steven Tyler‘s high school drum kit, the original lyrics for “Walk This Way,” more than 20 guitars played by Joe Perry and Brad Whitford, some of Tyler’s signature scarfs, stage outfits worn by each band member, a Grammy and other awards won by the group, a selection of gold and platinum albums, tour posters and more.
Meanwhile, VIP packages are still available that include the museum tour, along with experiences including a meet-and-greet with Tyler and Perry, and a pre-show Q&A with Whitford, Joey Kramer and Tom Hamilton.
Aerosmith’s next Las Vegas engagement at Park Theater at Park MGM is a nine-show stand running from the 19th through July 9. The band also has two more Vegas engagements on its schedule that are plotted out from September 21 through October 8 and from November 14 through December 4.
As previously reported, Aerosmith also will take its “Deuces Are Wild” show on the road in August, with multiple-night engagements booked at MGM properties in National Harbor, Maryland; Atlantic City, New Jersey; and Springfield, Massachusetts. In addition, the band will make headlining appearances at two festivals in July.
