NCAAMBB – Brackets busted: No perfect brackets remain after Sunday’s games
The handful of remaining perfect brackets in the NCAA Tournament busted out on Sunday, ending the hopes of millions against exceptionally long odds. The final perfect brackets on Yahoo Sports and CBS Sports were shredded with Saturday’s games. Top-seeded Florida’s 77-75 win over two-time reigning national champion UConn continued the carnage on Sunday. Duke’s 89-66 win over Baylor then left one remaining perfect bracket on ESPN’s tracker and it didn’t last long. That bracket imploded with Kentucky’s win over Illinois, creating 24.3 million imperfect brackets. The Wildcats’ win also killed off the last bracket of the 34 million on the NCAA’s platform.

NCAAWBB – Michigan State seeks next step in March Madness second round vs. N.C. State
Michigan State players embrace a good challenge and that’s bound to be what the Spartans encounter as they attempt to keep their season going. Seeking to advance past the NCAA Tournament’s second round for the first time since 2009, the Spartans take on N.C. State in Monday’s game. Second-seeded N.C. State (27-6) hasn’t lost an NCAA Tournament game in its home city in 42 years. Seventh-seeded Michigan State (22-9) hasn’t won back-to-back games since January. The Wolfpack are 17-0 at home this season. N.C. State reached the Final Four a year ago, so there are plenty of potential obstacles for the Spartans.
