Set for Saturday, April 26 is the annual Bids for Barks auction to benefit Berrien County Animal Services.
The event will raise funds for spay and neuter assistance at animal shelters around Berrien County. Friends of Berrien County Animal Services says thanks to Bids for Barks, every animal adopted out of Berrien County Animal Services is now spayed or neutered before leaving the facility.
The event will feature heavy Hors d’oeuvres, dessert, and drinks while everyone has a chance to bid on dozens items donated by Southwest Michigan businesses.
Tickets are on sale now with the event to take place at The Inn at Harbor Shores on the 26th at 5 p.m. In past years, Buds for Barks has raised around $80,000.
